Welcome to L3 Loft, Philadelphia’s newest one-of-a-kind event space located in the heart of Center City, on 17th and Chestnut streets. Our third-floor loft space offers unique views of Chestnut Street, along with two different banquet room options.

The North Room accommodates parties as small as 10 – 20 guests. The South Room fits larger parties up to 35 guests. Both rooms have been created to cater to all of your needs.

L3 Loft on-site caterings services through the popular restaurant, Sura Indian Bistro, as well as the option to cater food from an outside restaurant or organization. Our beverage and bar packages can be customized to fit your needs, with top bartenders and mixologists on-hand to ensure your guests are satisfied! Our staff is trained to provide quality service including event logistics, vendor selection, set up, bartending, valet parking and various forms of food service. For 10-20 People

North Room

Our North Room faces Chestnut Street and is ideal for a corporate happy hour, lunch meeting or birthday party! With seating for 10 to 20 people, the space is equipped with audio/ visual capabilities including a large-screen television and a state-of-the-art sound system. Floor to ceiling windows all for copious natural light and offer picturesque views of Philadelphia’s bustling 17th Street. Our petite room can be configured with round tables, high-tops, or banquet style.

For Up To 35 People

South Room

Our South Room is the perfect space for all of your big events. With seating for up to 35 people, the space is ideal for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, holiday parties, and corporate and networking events. The bi-level banquet room allows for a plethora of event configurations, allowing your vision for the event to come-to-life. The South Room is equipped with audio/visual capabilities including large-screen televisions and a state-of-the-art sound system.
